Nice new view on AlCam. Saw both crimson rosellas and king parrots together and later some little finches.

I had to replay YouTube to see who'd been eating the apple.

It was 'Mr Stick' - looking glossy and healthy! He's amazing!

Hope I'm not seeing another pierced bowerbird! :(

I was checking back (replay on Alcam) to see who was eating the apple when I saw this bowerbird:

<img class="go2wpf-bbcode" src=" https://i.imgur.com/JvfFds7.jp g">

It looks like a feather is poking out on its right side.

Then, when it turned a bit I saw this:

<img class="go2wpf-bbcode" src=" https://i.imgur.com/lW93Ufd.jp g">

It was about 90 mins ago - I replayed in slow speed - it is not something behind it.

A currawong scared the budgies this morning! They all huddled in the covered part of the aviary.

<img class="go2wpf-bbcode" src=" https://i.imgur.com/PbygIBI.jp g">

It flew to a neighbouring tree and flapped around for a while, but the budgies weren't too concerned and came out of 'hiding'

It might have came in for a swim in the birdbath, Van. It’s hot today.

I was momentarily surprised to see a red head pop up on the cam when viewing the budgies! No, it wasn't another budgie, but a red-browed finch perching in front of the cam!

There were lovely clear, colourful views of the budgies today. So Al asked them to pose for a screenshot!

Unfortunately, as Al said - they turned their backs. :crazy:

I scrolled back to see who'd been eating the apple earlier today. This who I found ...

Al put tomatoes out today - look who came to sample them! :-)

Later Al added some grapes to the tomato remnants - and this Lewin's Honeyeater showed up!

<img class="go2wpf-bbcode" src=" https://i.imgur.com/Aag6kGP.jp g">

It appeared to be eating insects or fruit scraps beneath the tomato at first, but came back later and sampled the grape.

Lories are getting to expect an apple (or two) a day!

Today this lorie saw Al approach with a fresh apple - and waited!
