We usually feed them small portions of some of what we are eating like fresh Spring Mix greens, raw and cooked veggies, fruits, and occasionally spaghetti which is Hannah's favorite food in the whole world and other safe items for treats. No avocado, coffee, tea or chocolate which is lethal for parrots.
