She is sitting on a nest with two eggs, the young will hatch soon.
Check out the penguin cams at SeaWorld! Unfortunately they may only be up through the end of May, but hopefully they'll reconsider!
There's both an above ground and an underwater cam. Especially fun at feeding time! The penguins also like to come up and stare into the cam. LOL
