Recent Log-in Issues

Unfortunately we have been having some issues with Log-in / Log-out, this is due to us recently enabling a caching plugin to help speed up the website.

We have had some teething issues with it that makes it appear that you haven’t logged in when you view the home page, but shows you as logged in on all other pages. Clearing browser cache fixed this issue each time, log in had in fact worked fine but cache was making it appear incorrect.

We are certain that this has made some people feel as if they haven’t been able to log in at all for several days at least now. We are very sorry that this has happened and we are hoping that this issue has now been resolved.

The issue also appeared to affect the live chat at times (with parts of conversations appearing to disappear for a while for some people).

The developers of the caching plugin are currently helping with some diagnosis.
